Nokia introduces its N-Series and shares its customer research conducted in 21 countries.

I attended Nokia’s Nseries launch event on monday night in Paris where they also presented their corporate objectives and strategies. They agreed to share the following 2 speeches from Florence Douroux-Chatellier, Marketing Director, and from Thierry Peignard, sales director. Florence presented Nokia’s extensive « socio-style » research conducted in 21 countries, identifying a dozen profiles of mobile users. They regrouped them into 4 : « connect », « live », « achieve », « explore » and developed product categories in tune with customers expectation. Guess i fall in « achieve » : need my calendar and my mails!
