We’ll take this weekend a decision about registering Eyeka to the Web and Communities Summit, organized as part of the 28th European Tech Tour Event, scheduled on November 14 -15th in Montreux, Switzerland. The top 25 companies from Europe are selected to meet with the leading US, European, and Asian venture capitalists and media companies. It’s a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to showcase their project and pitch for funding – which Eyeka does not need at this point in time. If you want to apply, it’s here, and you have until September 30th. The event is free for selected companies. They also run it in the UK mid-october. Selection is purely based on merit. It’s a rather small group of 100 people. Among the list of speakers: Morten Lund, serial entrepreneur and investor in Skype, Bullguard, Neoldeo, Maxthon …. He also started 3 funds.
