My top 3 at Ignite: aka’aki, iDesktop.tv, SoundCloud

Ignite is an event where startups get 5 minutes to present their company. Here are my top 3 startups which presented today at WEB2.0 Expo in Berlin.

Aka’aki is a mobile social software, which tells you everything you want to know about people you don’t know yet. So it’s a playfull approach to make new friends based on shared interests. It relies on Bluetooth and geo localization (20 meters range). They are announcing the iPhone client at web2.0.

iDesktop.tv allows you to create a great number of TVs from video publishing platforms like YouTube, DailyMotion, Vimeo.. You can ad pre or post roll advertising. You can join the beta.

SoundCloud is about music. It ties together all the actors in the world of music: artists, writers, publishers. They are targeting people in the world of music, just 60 million people in the US spending 5 billion on music equipment.
