Yospace sold to EMAP for a potential £ 14,4 million

I discussed this deal while here in Barcelona at 3GSM. Yospace sold to EMAP for 8.7£ in cash and an additional 5.7£ pending performance. (February 2nd, 2007). You can find the detailed transaction here and more information on Yospace who won the hottest young firm in mobile this year awarded by RealBusiness.

Yospace, a User Generated Application, does in the UK the very famous See Me TV service for 3 and Look At Me TV for O2. In the first service, authors upload, users download for a price ranging from 10p to 50p per clip. Authors receive a little part of that revenue. See some clips here.

What do you think about the valuation of the deal?
