Bill Gates wants more foreign “brain power” in the US

To support US leadership in high-tech industries, Bill Gates told the Congress that the US should ease visa and immigration restrictions for scientists, researchers and brain power in general. More here

For generations, America has prospered largely by attracting the world’s best and brightest to study, live and work in the US. Unfortunately, America’s immigration policies are driving away the world’s best and brightest precisely when we need them most.
