Nokia introduces its N-Series and shares its customer research conducted in 21 countries.

I attended Nokia‘s Nseries launch event on monday night in Paris where they also presented their corporate objectives and strategies. They agreed to share the following 2 speeches from Florence Douroux-Chatellier, Marketing Director, and from Thierry Peignard, sales director. Florence presented Nokia’s extensive “socio-style” research conducted in 21 countries, identifying a dozen profiles of mobile users. They regrouped them into 4 : “connect”, “live”, “achieve”, “explore” and developed product categories in tune with customers expectation. Guess i fall in “achieve” : need my calendar and my mails!
